本剧故事基于Al Ruddy在电影《教父》中从未公开的制片经历创作。。逢年過節就是華人女性最忙碌的時刻，農曆新年更堪稱「女性勞動周」，尤其是傳統觀念中，「媽媽」、「女兒」、「媳婦」除了被賦予除舊佈新的責任，過年期間還要駐守廚房、還要幫忙祭祀、張羅年菜...... 但到底一系列的過年習俗，讓女性們忙前忙後的背後意義是甚麼?。Four egocentric friends who meijubar.net run a neighborhood Irish pub in Philadelphia try to find their way through the adult world of work and relationships. Unfortunately, their warped views and precarious judgments often lead them to trouble, creating a myriad of uncomfortable situations that usually only get worse before they get better.。
