牡丹（Pimmy Pimprapa Tangprabhaporn 饰）是杂志社的专栏记者，和男友相恋多年，某一日，她意外得知男友竟然和自己的同事有着不轨之情，心碎的牡丹选择了离开，和闺蜜一起来到了东京，希望能在旅途中换换心情。在东京，牡丹意外的遇见了黑帮火并的可怕场景，并且在误打误撞之中帮助了受伤的黑帮老大丹尼尔（Mik Thongraya 饰），两人度过了难忘的一周，之后，丹尼尔不告而别，牡丹的心中若有所失。

The thing that always strikes me whenever I watch this movie is that while the characters of Richard Dreyfuss and Danny DeVito are seemingly feuding non-stop throughout the movie, in reality they are actually kindred spirits. It's like they see themselves in the other but don't really like what they see. Barbara Hershey is great...。
