The mother...。粟一柯高考落榜后，一直游手好闲，母亲命令他在家复读。粟一柯的舅公因为性格古怪而被房东赶了出来，无处落脚，母亲无奈将其收留。三个人生活在同一屋檐下，开始了一段无可奈何的生活……。蒂姆因涉嫌在一场电音节上兜售假冒伪劣电子烟致人死亡被检方起诉，而在打赢这场官司之后，怀恨在心的蒂姆意图通过竞选圣贝纳迪诺地区检察官的方式来使其下台。由于缺乏政治竞选经验，也没有财团撑腰，民调支持率也不高，于是自大而无知的蒂姆跑去私下拉拢一些轻信的选民，结果可想而知。。
