程蔓五十岁生日当天，丈夫、儿子和孙子都抛下她，去陪丈夫的白月光杜嫣。在家中杂物间意外发现钢琴家丈夫当年的日记本，日记本里记录了当年丈夫和白月光的一切阴谋。最终程蔓选择离婚，狠狠打脸家人和小三，活出属于自己的人生。。周筱兰在KTV工作，与男友阿ken感情甚浓。一天晚上，有一个年轻女仔找她，原来是Ken的前女友陈蕙贞。陈蕙贞向周筱兰大吐苦水，并想让周了解Ken的用情不专及恶劣行为。开始周筱兰对陈蕙贞的话还是半信半疑的，但后来出于同样是女性的考虑，周筱兰开始渐渐相信陈蕙贞的话，并且联合一起对付负心汉阿ken，令阿Ken处处碰壁。
