该片是阿米尔·汗2007年的电影《地球上的星星》的续集，改编自西班牙电影《篮球冠军》 (2018)，由阿米尔·汗主演。。Babli (Ranbir Kapoor) is a street smart car mechanic living in a Delhi orphanage. He is charming and lives life to the fullest. He also steals cars to support his orphanage. He has no sense of right or wrong till he unwittingly hurts the love of his life, Tara (Pallavi Sharda) and is chased by cop couple Chulbul Chautala (Rishi Kapoor) and Bulbul Chautala (Neetu Kapoor). Babli ...。故事发生在80年代中期到1997年香港回归。李修龙和张天伟是大学同学，逐渐成长为香港长凯建筑公司正、副经理。随着事业的发展，两人的观点发生分歧，导致事业有成有败。香港房地产巨子冯天源之女冯家慧在李、张两人创业时就帮助过他们，在日后自己的经营中，面对破产和风雨的考验，又得到李修龙的有力帮助……几经起伏，在香港新机场大楼的工程中，李修龙、冯家慧和太平洋公司的亨利因对社会的杰出贡献，获得了特区政府颁发的“紫荆勋章”……。
