The whole plot takes place...。汤煜峰（翟天临 饰）两度患上急性白血病，徘徊在生与死的边缘。多亏了一位名叫程紫月（高露 饰）的志愿者无私的贡献出了她的骨髓，汤煜峰才得以获救，因此汤煜峰对程紫月产生了别样的感情。程紫月的丈夫朱斯文（朱刚日尧 饰）劈腿前女友黄婉萍（赵柯 饰），在将程家的财产转移殆尽后提出了同程紫月离婚，霎时间，程紫月失去了一切。
一场意外中程紫月失足坠楼，陷入了昏迷之中，女儿橙橙亦下落不明，此时汤煜峰挺身而出，不离不弃的照顾着病榻上的程紫月，并且动用一切关系寻找橙橙。终于，在汤煜峰无微不至的呵护下，程紫月苏醒了过来，而黄婉萍亦经受不住良心的谴责，选择向公安机关告发了朱斯文的罪行。。
