一桩趣闻打破了南方古朴小镇的宁静，油坊老板陈万喜（郭铁成 饰）拎着从北京带回来的“福娃”求小学校长同意自己回学校上学。陈万喜去北京计划玩十天，可是也不知什么原因，三天后他便急勿勿的赶回来了。更让人不可理解的是他居然要回小学去读书，跟自己的儿子陈荣（庄景熙 饰）做同班同学，而且居然俩人还成了同桌。
