They were forcibly placed in a closed institution to be studied, measured and weighed - exactly in the way that nature itself was starting to be examined around the same ti...。时光流转，一度繁荣的机器人技术走过辉煌、繁荣，继而迎来了问题多多的衰退时代。伴随着经济的走低，曾经荣耀一时的特车二课也仿佛进入了暮年，98式INGRAM毛病不断，随时需要检修，荣光的第一代成为历史，毫无个性的第二代被湮没在历史的尘埃中，第一小队解散后，第二小队在百无聊赖中等待着出任务的那一刻。而今后藤田（筧利夫 饰）担任队长，麾下聚集了泉野明（真野惠里菜 饰）、塩原佑马（福士诚治 饰）、卡莎（太田莉菜 饰）等一群个性满满的第三代成员。
他们每天维护、训练、执勤，兼带插科打诨，互相吐槽，慵懒无味的日常，记录下次世代警察们每一个超级无聊的瞬间……。
