在未来的某一天，一对男女Retro（山口胜平 配音）和Pandy（本田贵子 配音）在一片荒野中醒来，却发现自己不但赤身裸体而且丧失了记忆。二人来到了东京闹市中肆意抢劫衣服和食物，经过一番大战后，两人被捕，并被投放到月球上的监狱“Dead Leaves”。
