本作は1960年代前半の東京を舞台に、まだ何者でもない“少年ルパン”が高度経済成長期の日本を駆け巡るオリジナルストーリー。アニメーションでルパンの少年期が描かれるのは今回が初めてだ。原作者のモンキー・パンチが描いた少年期（ジャリルパン）からヒントを得る形で、13歳の中学生がいかにして大泥棒ルパン三世となったのかという始まりの物語が全6話で紡がれる。。由导演同名短片拓展而来，入围2019年圣塞巴斯蒂安电影节新导演竞赛单元。 On her graduation day, Charlotte learns her first love has returned to her small Georgia town for the first time since vanishing the year before, in the midst of an awful trauma in her life.
