一盘录有美国歌曲《My Way》并隐藏有制造伪钞磁性感应资料的磁带令众人一夜致富，而在发财后，他们也开始走上不同道路，其中有出色演唱天赋的固力果被唱片公司签下，并在公司逼迫下与大伙断了关系。而磁带的主人，黑社会老大刘梁魁（江口洋介）得知磁带下落后，开始派手下追杀火飞鸿、固力果等人，众人的命运开始相互牵制。。
