The film, which claims to be a true story, sets out to detail the existence of the "Fouke Monster", a bigfoot-like creature that has reportedly been seen by residents of a small Arkansas community since the 1950s. Several locals...。所谓的“除妖”，即是把由于某些缘由而从原本应在的“隐世”来到“现世”停留的妖怪们送回“隐世”这一工作。某天，被妖怪附体的高中生·芦屋花绘，依靠偶然发现的联络方式，来到了专门除妖的物怪庵，在那里的是一脸不高兴的店主安倍晴斋。由于某些缘故，芦屋就这样以物怪庵奉公人的身份开始工作……安倍与芦屋的除妖组合和妖怪们的物语就此开幕。。在一个小乡村里，生活着一群以厉害著称的媳妇，他们教训丈夫各有高招。村调解委员会主任钱旺为了评选文明村说了大话，结果在检查团每次来检查时都被这些媳妇弄的哭笑不得的故事。。
