Netflix《恶魔城》系列动画剧集改编自好评如潮的《恶魔城：月下夜想曲》与《恶魔城3》，围绕西蒙的祖先特雷弗·贝尔蒙特拯救被德古拉的阴影所笼罩的东欧而展开。。工人阶级出身的文学青年祖儿（伊万.麦克戈雷格 Ewan McGregor 饰）在驳船主里斯夫妇的船上打工并和夫妇二人一起生活在船上。一天，祖儿在岸边发现水里浮起了一具已经发白的女尸，惊慌的祖儿和里斯捞起了女尸。
