叶天林（钟镇涛 饰）虽然学的是兽医，但心中一直怀揣着音乐梦想。最终，他决定放弃学业，追逐内心所想。唐风（江明 饰）是叶天林的好友，无依无靠的他在孤儿院长大，近日里，孤儿院遭遇了财务危机，面临着倒闭的窘境，这让唐风感到十分焦急。
唐风的女朋友苏琪（林凤娇 饰）是广播电台的主持人，主持着一档名为“早安台北”的节目。唐风为了替孤儿院筹集资金整日东奔西走，和苏琪聚少离多，反倒是叶天林常常陪伴在苏琪的身边。苏琪的家中突遭横祸，亦是叶天林陪伴苏琪返乡处理大小事务。随着时间的推移，叶天林和苏琪之间渐渐产生了懵懂的感情。。《没有秘密》编剧的导演处女作，讲述双亲因交通事故死亡艰难生活的英珠寻找导致父母双亡的加害者的故事。。In this bitingly satirical film Peter Slovan, a continuous source of trouble for the film functionaries of the socialist Slovakia, tackles an evergreen topic – the corruptive effects of power. Barnabáš Kos, a triangle player at a symphonic orchestra, is suddenly promoted to serve as the head of the said institution, even though both he and his superiors deem him completely unfit for the task. Encouraged in equal parts by this unexpected recognition and the servile praise of his colleagues, Kos’s modesty starts to gradually vanish. The erstwhile bashful and aloof percussionist quickly becomes aware of the advantages of his new office, and begins to realise his increasingly ludicrous artistic ambitions. Ultimately, the submissive marionette turns into a source of public humiliation, and his astonishing career finds an abrupt end. Orchestra serves here as a microcosm that grotesquely reflects the absurd and tragicomic mechanisms of the paranoid apparatus of power.
