本剧描写的是关西的两名高中男生濑户（叶山奖之）与内海（高杉真宙），放学后在河边唠嗑的故事。沉默寡言的内海与善于交往的濑户，两人的性格完全相反，却因为“打发时间”这一点而达成共识。当下午放学后，他们便相约来到河边坐下，海阔天空地闲聊起来。电影中未出现的角色初美、田中君、马场君以及大猩猩老师等原作中的人气角色也将在电视剧中大放异彩。。在《终极名单》故事发生之前，海豹突击队员本·爱德华兹（泰勒·克奇 Taylor Kitsch 饰）踏入了中情局的黑暗战线。当他一步步走入灰色地带，就越发难以抵挡内心日益觉醒的黑暗冲动。每个人体内都住着两头狼——一光一暗，相互争斗。最终胜出的会是哪一头？。After Sam and Diane's admission of mutual attraction and their passionate embrace and kiss, where do they take it next?
