The film introduces bands such as Silly, Chicorée, San...。高飞本来是一个衣食无忧的富二代，父亲因涉嫌经济案而被抓入狱，变成了一无所有的穷光蛋。就在高飞一筹莫展的时候，意外得知自己名下还剩一家名为“39度”的酒吧，对高飞来说这是替父还账唯一翻盘的机会。为此他只得将酒吧转出，高飞委托季风找几个好友共同盘下酒吧，成了酒吧老板，高飞反而成了唯一的服务生，从此踏上了他们的创业之旅。
酒吧刚开张，大家都是干劲十足，但随着时间的推移，资金短缺、管理经验不足、促销手段匮乏等问题暴露出来，几位小伙伴各显神通，想尽办法开展促销，结果发生了一连串啼笑皆非的故事。大家渐渐在创业的过程中，体会到创业的艰辛，感受到人间的悲欢离合，亲情、友情、爱情，各种滋味，让他们在磨练中成长，最终为自己赢得了一次大展身手的好机会。。
