故事以男子高中生韵律体操为主题，故事舞台为日本宫城县岩沼市，主角「双叶翔太郎」在中学最后的夏天被男子韵律体操吸引，进入私立苍秀馆高等学校（通称苍高）男子韵律体操社，并与体操界新星「美里良夜」以及性格丰富的前辈们相遇，共同向同一个目标前进的热血运动故事。。Calvin Carter, a successful business executive, has it all, but neglects those closest to him.
