蛇妖白素贞（鞠婧祎饰）受观音点化，来到人间修行，遇见了在临安城行医的大夫许仙（于朦胧饰）。刚开始，白素贞以为许仙是江湖骗子，于是和他进行了一场比试，比谁先治好长生的母亲的疾病。很快，白素贞就发现，长生的母亲中了蛇毒，追寻着这条线索，白素贞遇见了和自己一样在人间修炼的青蛇精小青（肖燕饰），两人不打不相识，最终尽释前嫌结为姐妹。 临安城陆续发生了孩童失踪事件，和尚法海（裴子添饰）发觉此为妖精所为，于是动身前往临安捉妖。法海将怀疑的目标锁定在了白素贞和小青的身上，对她们百般刁难。最终，大家才发现所有的事件都是蜈蚣精所为，青白二人协助法海，将蜈蚣精捉拿归案。。A group of five young friends travel from Los Angeles to exotic Panama for a week of partying in lush tropical paradise.
