该剧讲述了小说家林枫酒后驾车，将一名行人撞入海中身亡。慌乱之中，林枫逃逸。虽然暂时逃避了责任，但林枫从此再也摆脱不了内心的煎熬，渴望救赎的他悉心照顾死者家属，却被妻子陶然误会离他而去。。在多伏尔山的深处，被困了一千年的庞然大物苏醒了。所到之处皆已沦为废墟，而它正在迅速向挪威首都逼近。但是又该如何阻止本应只存在于挪威民间传说中之物呢？。A dying professor of Egyptology (Boris Karloff) asks to be buried with a valuable jewel known as the Eternal Light, which he believes will grant him immortality in the afterlife. When his butler (Ernest Thesiger) steals the jewel from his tomb, Karloff returns from the dead to seek revenge.。
