故事发生在每晚都能够看到流星的城市——星之丘。长久以来，自幼生活在那里的少年石蕗正晴（野岛裕史 配音）都为自己内向而羞涩的个性所苦恼，因为这性格，正晴甚至都无法交到任何的朋友，于是，改变自己并且交到朋友，这成为了正晴目前最大的目标。
